  Why should I create a portfolio online? I already have a resume, why do I need a professional portfolio?

  Who will see my resume and portfolio if posted?  
  Only recruiters or individuals you have provided your URL will be able to access your professional portfolio. As a Pzhone subscriber your portfolio will remain secured.  
  What training does Pzhone offer subscribers?  
  Pzhone will make available to its subscribers training that will make using the site more user friendly. There will also be training that provides useful tips on personal branding.  
  What is a professional portfolio? Is it anything like personal branding?  
  A personal portfolio is an alternative or addition to your employment resume. It can take its form in a paragraph that acts as a sort of personal description of your accomplishments, qualifications, and qualities or can form a list with bullets to separate your different strengths and skills. The personal portfolio can be used as a tool that supports your personal branding.  
  What does this site provide that the others do not (Monster or CareerBuilder)?

  What steps are used in building an online portfolio and brand?  
  There are five steps to building a personal online brand and we provide guidance through each one.  The steps are (1) identify your current brand by searching the web for references to your name  (2) resolve the inappropriate references with correspondence to the originator or the site presenting the information (3) build a brand by using the tools available to you and using all network resources to publish professional information about you. 4) present your brand to the online community with your own web showcased portfolio and (5) promoting your brand with the use of personal promotion techniques provided by Pzhone.  
  Is Pzhone affiliated with other high profile web sites like CareerBuilder or Ladders?  
  Many “boutique” sites are owned or partnered with larger web sites seeking to attract a new demographic and expand their business.  Pzhone.com is owned and operated by a private partnership of individual investors called Service Solutions RM Ltd.  There are no business partnerships with any other companies or web sites.  
  Are there hidden costs beyond the regular subscription costs?  
  There are no hidden costs. Pzhone offers three service levels defined in detail by clicking the Products and Services link.  Each service level has an annual fee that provides all of the features associated to that service level.  The premium package price is actually reduced after the first year as described above.  
  What is the difference between the three subscription levels?  
  Pzhone offers three annual subscription levels. Our Basic subscription provides the needed features just to populate the profile with your skills, accomplishments, and your own uploaded resume.  The Standard subscription provides the basic service features, and adds the (4) four resume formats for your information, e-mail, blog, video message, and others that can be reviewed from visiting our product and service page.  The premium package includes six (6) resumes, all of our service features, and Pzhone will build your entire portfolio and brand for you.The Premium subscription  package takes just a couple of hours and your brand will be built by our advisors on your behalf.  
  Can Pzhone create my professional portfolio for me?  
  Yes. Pzhone offers a premium service level for people that are too busy or don’t know where to start building their personal brand.  With this service you pay a one time fee for one of our professional advisors to build your brand, then you will maintain it for updates.  With this service the client will provide all of the current documents and information (resume, letters of recommendation, certifications etc.) that they have on hand to our advisor. The client will then have a one hour consultation with your advisor to provide the specifics that are required to build your brand. Your advisor will build the entire portfolio on your behalf.  In the end, your advisors will meet with you to provide a complete overview of your portfolio, how to use it, and how to promote your new brand.  
  Does the premium service require $285 in the years following the first year?   
  No. The $285 is only for the initial creation of your portfolio by the Pzhone staff. Your cost will be $85 per year to keep your portfolio.  
  How will I use this portfolio to promote myself?  
  Placing your personal web address in your resume, on your business cards, email signatures, and any other customer correspondence will promote your personal brand. Your web address can also be used in advertisements and any other electronic or paper mediums where you wish to reach out to potential employers and clients.  
  I don’t like to take pictures of myself, so the picture and video message scares me.  Is it mandatory to use these features?  
  No, it’s not mandatory to have a picture or video message These features will greatly enhance your professional portfolio.  
  What can Pzhone do for me? Will Pzhone secure a job for me?  
  No, Pzhone will not get you a job directly. Pzhone will assist you in creating your professional portfolio to increase your chances of a successful job search.  
  How does Pzhone help me to clean up my image?  
  Pzhone will provide suggestions for you to be able to clean up your own image. This will range from performing self background checks to direction in cleaning up your social networks.  
  Will Pzhone write my resume, is this a resume service?  
  Pzhone is not a resume service and will not write your resume for you. However, our tools can help you in the creation and formatting of your resume.  
  How long will it take to create my professional portfolio? How long will a full service offering take to finish?  
  To create a professional portfolio will only take an hour or two, but the information required may take some time to gather, such as a professional portrait, references, recommendations, etc. Once your profile is created, you will want to ensure it is regularly updated and refined. This is a process that should never end. A full service offering will be completed within 72 hours after providing the required information.
